All project estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing may change if the scope of work or materials requested are modified after acceptance.
A deposit may be required to schedule installation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.
Failure to pay outstanding balances within the agreed time may result in suspension of service and applicable late fees.
We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, weather conditions, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, Palm Breeze Landscape Lighting will communicate promptly and reschedule at the earliest possible date.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and workmanship warranties may apply depending on the project. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, storms, flooding, or unauthorized modifications.
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure long-term performance.
Palm Breeze Landscape Lighting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
